Kailash K. Shrestha is a renowned contemporary artist, curator, and cultural leader from Nepal. As a founder of Artudio, Kailash has been instrumental in shaping a dynamic space for contemporary art practice and community engagement in the country. With awards such as the prestigious Australian Himalayan Foundation Art Award to his credit, Kailash has shown how art can awaken critical conversations across landscapes from Kathmandu galleries to Nepal's rural public spaces. At Aakar Foundation, Kailash serves on the board as a Member, bringing his creative insight to help showcase and uplift the talents of persons with disabilities.
