Sekhar Chettri

Sekhar Chettri is the visionary founder of Aakar Foundation. It was his dream that sparked the creation of the organization and his determination that brought together the right team to turn that vision into tangible impact for persons with disabilities in Nepal. Sekhar envisioned an organization that goes beyond charity to build real, sustainable opportunities. He worked tirelessly to assemble a multidisciplinary team to design skill development programs, creative showcases, and enterprise support systems. Sekhar also leads Aakar’s fundraising efforts, leveraging his extensive professional network to secure the resources needed.
